Anxiety, depression, relationship and communication difficulties, people pleasing, shame, perfectionism, and low self-worth are just some of the struggles that can leave you feeling caught in painful patterns that are difficult to change. Often, these patterns make more sense when we understand them in the context of your early relationships and life experiences. My work helps you explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, so they no longer define how you relate to yourself, others, and the world. Together, we work towards greater self-trust, emotional wellbeing, and healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist integrating IFS, EMDR & Schema Therapy to support adults & couples with relationship and attachment difficulties, trauma, and difficult early relationships. Rather than managing symptoms alone, we work to understand patterns keeping you stuck, heal emotional wounds, & build a healthier sense of self and more secure relationships.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you've spent years carrying things on your own. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, emotionally safe, and supported to make sense of your experiences, heal old attachment wounds, and create a different future. If this resonates with you, I'd be honoured to support you.
