Satori offers trauma focused therapies which include EMDR, EMDR Intensives, DBR, and Brainspotting, to support healing and promote overall wellbeing. I believe that finding peace, developing a strong sense of self and finding out how we are exceptional and unique, is achievable and attainable no matter where we are in our life journey, or what roads we have already travelled. Experiences such as childhood trauma, grief, loss, bereavement, relationship breakdown and shame can be explored gently, compassionately, and without judgement, to discover how to meet pain and move through it to live a full life that can be our best life.
With over 20 years experience working with individuals through life transitions, I work with you to find the life you prefer to live. Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes in duration, with bookings for EMDR Intensives commencing in August 2024.
Sometimes it can be hard to know how to choose someone who will suit your needs. A free phone call to chat about needs before we meet is provided so as you can feel comfortable in your decision.
