Sasha is passionate about holistic approaches to wellbeing considering mind, body, spiritual and relational aspects of an individual. Sasha works from a strengths-based approach, focusing on potential internal and external resources to support someone through life’s challenges. Sasha has undertaken a wide variety of evidence informed trainings which are integrated during therapy. Sasha also has a background in managing mental health teams and supervising professionals. She values empowering individuals to learn and grow through challenging experiences and move towards thriving in life.
Sessions available for teens aged 16+ through to adults, parents, families and couples. Presenting challenges include depression and anxiety disorders, anger management, adjustment disorder, stress, work/education difficulties, sleep issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, life transition issues, relationship challenges, parenting difficulties and family issues
