Hello and welcome! I want to take a moment to acknowledge the strength it takes to reach out for support. Whether you’re here to understand yourself better, navigate challenges, find some peace of mind, or work through relationship dynamics as a couple or family, seeking help is a powerful step toward growth and healing. It’s not always easy, but it’s a big commitment to making positive change. This space is for you, and we’ll move forward at a pace that feels right for everyone involved. I’m here to listen, guide, and support you as you navigate this journey—wherever it may take you.
I'm experienced in providing individual, couple and family therapy and use a range of evidenced based therapies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, Emotionally Focused therapy, ACT, CBT and can incorporate creative techniques such as narrative therapy, sandtray work and visual arts. I also offer clinical supervision.
I work holistically and acknowledge both the challenges being experienced, and the resilience and strengths that are also inherent in each of us. Even when those seeking support feel like they have lost confidence that change is possible, I approach every therapy session with hope and a commitment to support healing and recovery.
