I am an accredited social worker with 24 years of experience working across Sydney. I have experience working for NGOs, and State and Federal Government agencies in counselling, community development, case management, disaster recovery, group work and delivering training. I enjoy engaging with diverse individuals and families at varied stages of life, providing therapeutic intervention, and working towards positive change. I am available to provide a variety of support services to assist individuals with reaching their goals. I use talk therapy and creative therapy techniques and a strengths based approach to work towards change.
I provide counselling and support to help with personal reflection, growth and problem solving. I provide coaching to young people and adults to address personal and vocational goals. I provide social workers with professional development opportunities via supervision, reflective practice, and consultation.
If you would like to work on your health and well being, relationships or personal development, I am here to support you. I create a safe space to build a relationship of strength, developing motivation and hope for change. I am focused on the promotion of positive physical and mental wellbeing for all. I look forward to talking to you soon.
