I am a registered, Level 4 Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA L4). I have further qualifications in Christian Counselling. I am also experienced in Individual Counselling, Group Counselling and Family Counselling.
I work closely with women and couples as they journey through fertility issues, pre/post natal issues right through to child-rearing issues and empty nesting. I am passionate about supporting families and working with them to support whatever challenges they are facing from relationship difficulties through to parenting challenges.
I specialise in domestic abuse/trauma support, grief & bereavement, chronic illness, family conflict, parenting, anxiety/depression.
I work with individuals learning about neurodiversity, or as they journey through pre/post diagnosis.
I welcome you to contact me with any questions about my approach or arrange a chat to discuss how I can help.
