Over the past 13 years I have worked across inpatient and outpatient mental health services in Ireland, Sydney, and Perth, supporting people with a wide range of psychological difficulties. Through this work I have developed particular experience and interest in supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I am an ANZAED-accredited Eating Disorder clinician, and I work with adolescents, adults and older adults.
I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities within a relational framework to help individuals. I believe that meaningful understanding and change emerges through the process of the therapeutic relationship. By creating a space of trust, safety, and genuine collaboration, therapy becomes a place where patterns can be explored and new perspectives can emerge.
I value taking the time to understand each person as an individual, recognising the complexity of their experiences, identities, and life contexts. I aim to meet clients where they are in their journeys and work together to find approaches that feel meaningful and sustainable to them.
