Hello, I’m Sarah — I am an affirming counsellor passionate about supporting people to feel safe, seen, and valued for who they truly are.
I specialise in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, with a particular focus on supporting trans and gender diverse people, as well as family members navigating their own journeys of understanding and connection. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, meaning we move at your pace, with respect for your story, your strengths, and your choices.
Alongside counselling, I’m trained as a yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher, and I integrate these skills when it’s helpful — offering tools to help calm the mind, reconnect with the body, and build resilience. I also draw on self-compassion focused therapy to help you meet life’s challenges with greater kindness toward yourself.
I work with clients aged 12 and above, providing a supportive space for people from diverse backgrounds. Whether you’re exploring identity, moving through a life transition, or seeking healing from past experiences, I’m here to walk alongside you.
