I am a Counsellor & Family Therapist, with an Occupational Therapy background & Advanced Diploma in Ministry & Theology. I believe all things flow from the heart. Our words, actions, behaviours & beliefs, about ourselves & others, usually arise from the condition of our heart. I believe no heart is too messy, no pain is too great, no behaviours too engrained
