I work with relationship and family issues. If you are experiencing conflict and are feeling stuck in the same old patterns I can help you to gain insight into why this is happening, your role in the pattern and how you can free yourself to do something more helpful for you and your relationships.
I specialise in couples and family relationship. I work with you to explore family of origin history, trauma, grief etc and make connections to the unhelpful and distressing patterns that are happening now. I work in a person centred way to you help you gain insight into your own beliefs and patterns of behaviour and work on ways to make helpful changes.
Once upon a time I saw my own incredible counsellor. Things got worse before they got better. But I persisted and experienced emotional freedom for the first time. This is what I hope for you, emotional freedom, so you no longer feel stuck, afraid or helpless.
