About

I am a passionate counsellor based in Melbourne with a variety of experience in Sexual Assault and Family Violence (Domestic Violence). I have primarily been working with survivors of present and historic sexual assault. More recently I have moved over to the field of Family Violence where I speak to women about the various issues that have arisen from being in a abusive relationship such as emotional and physical abuse and the impact on the family unit. I am also a approved counsellor for Victim Services in NSW and can accept funding through this service.
I offer a very flexible approach to counselling and I focus a lot on the person centered approach. I find that a lot of my clients who come to me are so close to giving up trying to seek counselling as they have unfortunately had bad experiences. I want my clients to feel seen and heard and to feel comfortable to share. I want to help in any way that I can.
I run my own private practice from home, so you'll be in contact with me personally, no receptionists or automatic greeting menu. I usually like to have a quick chat to my clients before booking them in just so they feel comfortable. Asking for help is no easy task so lets make it simple!
