Groups
IFS-Informed Creative Embodied Supervision Groups
These groups offer a chance to pause and reflect on our internal world through creative, embodied activities that include moving your body, creative expression activities, visualisation, music, poetry, myths, nature connection, seasons/cyclical living and spiritual philosophies from across the world. And these groups offer a chance to reflect on the outer world and hear from other therapists through discussing issues, brainstorming solutions, sharing resources and accessing a community of collective wisdom. Each supervision group is collabourative and co-created, deciding after inner reflection and experiential exercises on the discussion focus (therapist / clients parts, wellbeing, workplace or private practice issues)
