I am a Psychologist, Clinical Psychology registrar and PhD (Clinical Psychology) Candidate at the University of Wollongong. I work with people from short to long-term, depending on their needs to address a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, anger and issues with identity. I have a relational focus in my work and use an exploratory approach to help people understand themselves and change entrenched behaviours.
I consult across the health, forensic and legal settings in providing supervision to clinicians, case workers and practitioners in the management of complex clients and clinical debriefing to individuals exposed to trauma within their workplace. Previously, I have worked across hospitals and outpatient (drug and alcohol, family violence) services.
Seeking help can feel scary. I aim to create a safe and honest space for clients to explore themselves and their difficulties.
