I help adults of all ages as they manage the challenges of grief, trauma and the co-occurring conditions of depression, anxiety, panic, adjustment disorder and sleep difficulties.
I am an AHPRA registered psychologist, member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Certified Grief Educator, and experienced Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider.
Counselling support includes CBT, REBT, EMDR and CBT-i (insomnia) therapy.
Approved provider for Medicare, Victims Service, and Work and Development Order (WDO).
