As a Clinical Family Therapist and Psychologist my practice focuses on supporting individuals, couples and families. I work with individuals who present with a variety of mental health concerns including: Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, trauma and Grief and Loss. I also provide support to couples and families to explore: Life Stage Adjustments, Conflict, Communication Difficulties, Relationship Difficulties and Parenting concerns. My area of interest is relationships. I value providing a space where people can explore themselves and their relationships developing a better understanding of their own behavioural patterns.
As a Clinical Family Therapist and Psychologist, I work with individuals, couples and families' to explore their relationships and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and each other. I integrate systemmic frameworks, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness based techniques and cognitive behaviour therapy into my practice.
I have witnessed the connection between relational health and mental and emotional wellbeing. My vision is to support individual's explore their relationships from a place of compassion and curiosity rather than reactivity, opening the possibility to engage within one's world, community and relationships in a way which aligns to their personal values.
