Sandy works at Quest for life several times a year on retreat with people that struggle with life’s challenges from anxiety and depression to cancer diagnosis and provides a safe and supportive space to gain a sense of peace. She encourages change with supporting her clients to access their own inner wisdom using different techniques that help support the client .
Sandy works with the person to support change within the persons life and to develop strong neural pathways using several modalities such as : Process oriented psychology, mindfulness, Gestalt and Resource Therapy, to name a few . Sandy believes each persons needs are unique and individual and understanding this is crucial for their own peace of mind ..
