I offer powerful, evidence-based therapy that combines Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema therapies. These methods help you process trauma, reconnect with your true self, and rebuild confidence and self-worth, allowing meaningful change to happen.
Healing happens when we feel truly safe and seen, so that’s what I prioritise in our sessions. I also support LGBTQIA+ clients to work through identity-related trauma and challenges of coming out, self-acceptance, or living more authentically.
