This journey includes exploring barriers stopping a person from living life according to their values. A person’s values create realistic achievable goals to move toward the life a person wants. The bedrock of my practice is respect and empathy for the person. My approach is person-centred incorporating biological, social, psychological, and spiritual areas of a person’s life. It is from this perspective a person sets the agenda creating their own solutions.
