Life can be very tough and stressful and sometimes we need some professional help. I am committed to the care of clients ranging from adolescents, adults, the elderly and couples. I strongly believe in the importance of a well-matched client-therapist relationship. I counsel people with a range of problems which includes depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, interpersonal relationships, personal skills development and self-esteem. I have experience in conducting assessments and preparing reports for the courts and migration issues. I am also fluent in Vietnamese. I offer Telehealth and face to face counselling.
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience treating individuals in a wide range of mental health settings. I have completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and I have 20 years experience and professional training in helping people to overcome a wide range of problems.
I strongly believe in finding the right therapist for each client. I believe in tailoring treatment which is best suited for the client. My approach is grounded within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic framework, however, I also incorporate a number of other evidence based approaches bases on the needs of the clients.
