As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist I work in all areas of mental health support and recovery. My special interest are anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, in particular childhood trauma, ASD and other areas of neurodivergence.
Understanding and improving the mind - body connection is a vital part of my work with clients. Developing self-awareness, acceptance and confidence to overcome negative self-talk and self-sabotaging, learning skills to break unhealthy behaviour patterns and redirecting focus to maximise potential and achieve personal goals.
Working from a wholistic trauma informed person centered perspective, I offer individual psychotherapy, couple's counselling and family therapy, to identify challenges and achieve goals. I also provide clinical supervision for counsellors and other mental health clinicians, and professional supervision to students and pastoral care workers.
I am available by appointment for online and phone services for clients throughout Australia and the near Pacific region. In-person session can also be arranged in some cases.
