I work with people from all walks of life with many differing backgrounds, and needs from Counselling. The main areas I work with are people with anxiety, depression, dealing with the loss of a loved one, transitioning through a stage of life that brings change, uncertainty and fear or challenges at work, in a relationship or family situation. I offer a space for my clients to share as much as they are comfortable sharing, and at their pace. You will feel listened to, heard and supported to take the steps to create the change you're seeking in your life.

I completed my Diploma in Counselling in 2023 and have been working in a private practice clinic part-time since while working full time in a corporate role and studying the Bachelor of Counselling.

Whilst studying, I am building my practice on the Gold Coast and Brisbane and am offering sessions at an introductory rate of $90 for a one hour session. An introductory rate for couples counselling is $125.
