I work with people who feel stuck, even after trying therapy before. You might understand your patterns, but still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unable to shift them. I specialise in trauma therapy for PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I often support people who haven’t found traditional talk therapy helpful and are looking for a deeper approach. I integrate EMDR, parts work (IFS), and nervous system-based therapy to support meaningful, lasting change.
This work may suit you if you feel on edge, emotionally reactive, or disconnected, struggle in relationships, or have insight into your patterns but can’t shift them. I have a particular experience working with sexual trauma and complex trauma, and aim to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and supportive.
