Recovering from the chaos of addiction or the devastation of betrayal trauma requires a space grounded in safety and genuine empathy. As a specialist in addictive behaviors and betrayal trauma, I provide evidence-based tools and the incomparable power of lived experience to help you navigate recovery.
I support those impacted by a partner's infidelity, as well as individuals struggling with drug and alcohol misuse or out-of-control sexual behaviors. I believe transformation is possible for everyone. Together, we will build the resilience needed to heal from the past at your own pace.
I provide expert support for infidelity, process addictions, and substance misuse. My approach combines professional clinical training with the power of lived experience. I take an integrative approach drawing on psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, Somatic therapy and more.
I hold a fundamental belief that change is possible for everyone. No matter how entrenched a behavior may feel or how deep the wounds of the past run, I believe in the human capacity for resilience and transformation. My role is to provide the tools, the safety, and the partnership necessary for you to navigate that evolution at your own pace.

Groups
Drug and Alcohol Process Group
Located online over 10 weeks, my AOD process group shifts from the work we do in my 1:1 sessions to the real-time dynamics of how you relate to others. We are wounded in relationship and we heal in relationship. This environment provides a unique blend of peer accountability and emotional safety, helping you peel back the layers of shame that often drive the urge to use. Ultimately, it’s about learning how to be a whole human in a room full of other humans—without needing a chemical buffer to survive the experience.
