Therapy can feel like a big step. Maybe part of you is hopeful, part of you is skeptical, and another part is already trying to cancel the appointment. I’m trained in IFS (Level 1, 2 & 3), EMDR and DBT. IFS sees every person as made up of many parts, each one trying (sometimes in unhelpful ways) to keep us safe and seen. Whether it’s the overachiever, the inner critic, the people pleaser, or the stay in bed binge scroller. I’ve met them all, in clients and in myself.
