I have extensive experience working with executive leaders and workplace issues. I created Anahata Psychology and Consulting Practice to facilitate change, with Heart. I offer face to face and telehealth. Telehealth suits people who don’t necessarily have the time to come into an office, live away or prefer the privacy of their own home.
Anahata is founded on being heart centred. We approach our work with compassion and kindness. We believe each person is the expert in their own lives. We partner with you, so you can deepen your understanding of yourself. We introduce evidence based approaches that you can use to create the change you are seeking. We create a safe space for you.
