My goal is to create a space where children, young people and parents feel heard and supported from the first conversation. I believe every child can be understood in the context of relationships and environment. Rather than asking, 'What’s wrong?', I’m interested in understanding what a child is communicating through their emotions and behaviour. In session, we build strengths, deepen understanding and develop practical strategies that support change. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, yourself or family, I aim to provide a warm, practical and compassionate space where you feel safe to explore challenges.
I value working collaboratively with families and, where helpful, alongside schools and other professionals to ensure support is consistent and meaningful. Parents know their child best, and I see therapy as a partnership that builds on the strengths already within your family.
As an Accredited Social Worker with more than 10 years’ experience, I have supported children, adolescents and families across a range of settings, including mental health, disability and child development. My practice is grounded in evidence-informed, neuroaffirming and relationship-based care, with a focus on helping families feel confident.
