I am a compassionate, relatable and non judgemental therapist. I love the process of helping people to understand and overcome the complexities and challenges they face in their daily lives. I have over 30 years experience working as a mental health practitioner and psychotherapist, and 10 years experience as a meditation teacher, mindfulness practitioner and practising buddhist. I understand that every person is unique and requires a personalised approach to healing. Whatever changes or problems you are navigating, my priority is to create a warm and open space for you to share and work through your experiences.
I have vast experience working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, psychosis and other concerns which prevent them from living a fulfilled life. My passion for the teachings of Buddhism influences my therapy style. I offer meditation and mindfulness practices in my sessions to those who are interested.
As a mother, wife, business woman, and traveller, I understand the challenges that life can throw at us from all angles. My calm, thoughtful and genuinely caring approach to therapy allows my clients to have real and meaningful breakthroughs, and live a healthier, happier and more rewarding life. I would love to work with you at Spring Willow Healing.
