If you're a woman whose wellbeing is intertwined with what's happening in your body, your stage of life, or society's expectations, or an adult making sense of an autism or ADHD diagnosis, I'd like to hear about it. I don't believe in fixing people. I'm more interested in understanding you, what has shaped you, and what you actually need.

My approach is mostly conversation, but I draw on practical strategies when they're useful, and sometimes creative approaches when words aren't quite enough. It's something I understand from the inside. I can also help you navigate cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and belonging across cultures. Sessions in English or Malay.

We can meet in person in Murrumbateman (NSW) or Denman Prospect (Canberra, ACT), or work together online anywhere in Australia. I work with adults aged 18 and over, including Saturdays. A free 10-minute phone chat is available if you'd like to get a sense of fit before booking.
