I have years of experience of Domestic violence, separation, divorce and parenting after separation. In many cultures often the abuser believes that they are entitled to it and they do not recognize themselves as abusers or victims, because they may consider their experiences as family conflicts that had gotten out of control. Learning to recognize the signs of domestic violence represents the first step toward getting help. I help women and their families who are suffering from domestic and family violence recognise the signs of domestic violence and help them to be strong and support them make their own choices.
I offer effective counselling for individuals, couples and families. I help gain a deeper understanding of clients' current circumstances by addressing issues or concerns that are affecting their health, wellbeing, and relationships and help identify coping strategies and capabilities to become more independent when a client faced with life’s challenges.
I am a genuine, non-judgmental and empathetic therapist with strong values for empowering people and helping individuals experience a greater quality of well-being. I utilise different methods in order to working together with clients to replace the past negatives with more positive and realistic thoughts, feelings and reactions for now and into future.
