I am an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist in the Conversational Model and incorporate aspects of sensorimotor psychotherapy into my practice. This trauma-informed therapy is ideal for the treatment of complex trauma (Complex PTSD), personality and dissociative disorders, such as BPD and DID.
Psychotherapy can help you navigate the challenges of family, depression, anxiety, suicidality, sexuality, abuse and many others. There are no barriers around what you can talk about with me, and we will work together, in relationship, to help you find a happier and healthier way to be in the world.
