As an experienced Community Worker, I have supported diverse clients using trauma-informed practice. I am a qualified counsellor, and currently in my third year of training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist. My hope is to help you discover why things are the way they are, and to effect changes that move you toward the life you want to live.
