I work with individual adults and couples overcoming challenges stemming from Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. Other focus areas include Family of origin issues, Developmental Trauma, Attachment Repair, Grief and Loss, Relationship and intimacy concerns. Other interests are Meditation, mindfulness and transpersonal health.
I work in the present moment with the body and mind utilising mindfulness. My aim is to build your resilience and harness your relationship with your self. An important aspect of this therapy is working compassionately to encourage safety, belonging and autonomy in your life.
I understand the courage it takes to make the first step to contact a therapist. I welcome people to contact me and ask any further questions about therapy, and suggest my website is a good initial step.
