Overwhelmed? I have lived experience and extensive knowledge of the complexities of ADHD, Sensory Processing, Autism, disordered eating & chronic pain. My unique life with exposure to diversity and unexpected curveballs has shaped me into an insightful, reflective and understanding counsellor. My thirst for knowledge, hyper-focus skills and resolve to fight led to me seeking out my own answers surrounding my health. It finally paid off, & I hope it can help you. I am treated/mentored/supervised and trained by the MVPs in ADHD & its many comorbidities which helps you. I do not refuse vulnerable & complex clients; I used to be one.
Being neurodivergent is not easy. However, each new ND client leaves me gobsmacked. The level of depth in your thought process and the empathy you have is extraordinary. Sensitive, resilient, yet misunderstood & frustrated. I help men explore their vulnerable emotions, and let girls know they have value beyond their looks. Let's harness your strengths.
A solid therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for meaningful change. There will be laughter & tears as we work towards unmasking & self-discovery. I would like you to see yourself as a survivor, a resilient tiger who has earned its stripes. Together we can work towards authenticity & self-acceptance, & silence that inner critic that shames & berates you
