I am passionate about equipping my clients with the insight, resilience and critical thinking skills required to navigate life’s challenges in a safe and empowering therapeutic space. My professional background spans both medicine and counselling. As a qualified counsellor (Master of Counselling, AQF Level 9), M.A.C.A. Level 2, and a former Medical Doctor (MBBS–PMDC registered (AMC accredited) allowing me to integrate clinical expertise with an in-depth understanding of human psychology and emotional wellbeing. This dual perspective enables me to provide holistic, trauma-informed and evidence-based support to clients of all ages.
I specialise in Single Session Therapy (SST)—a methodology that empowers clients to achieve meaningful goals within a single, well-structured session, ideally suited for those managing busy lifestyles or seeking immediate clarity and direction. I am registered with NDIS and offer counselling in multiple languages: Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, and English.
I am keen to support women's mental health and wellbeing. I have worked with the survivors of trauma, anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, PTSD and FDV. My ASIST suicide intervention training has equipped me to manage high-risk situations with calmness, safety planning, and multidisciplinary coordination while adhering to the ethical and professional standards.
