She is passionate about support families during the perinatal period, parenthood/parenting journey, understanding your children, and coping with emotional distress/dysregulation (anxiety, depression, grief/loss/bereavement). Using empathic, caring, non-judgemental person-centred framework and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, she provides a safe environment to assist you in exploring the vulnerabilities and struggles in perinatal and parenting journey to improve wellbeing.
Sabrina uses a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches that relate to your specific needs, goals and presenting concerns. Her approaches include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), strength-based intervention, solution focused therapy, schema therapy, psychotherapy and attachment-based intervention.
As a mother, Sabrina understands the challenges and juggling required for families. She is a firm believer in being a “good enough” parent and is passionate about providing families with a map of understanding the infant’s / child’s needs to strengthen family relationship. Sabrina is also passionate in working with neurodiverse families.
