I became an Art Therapist because I was wanted to create a space for people to share their stories and process their experience, particularly for those who perhaps didn't resonate with conventional 'talk therapy.' I've found that through the process of making art, we can learn more about ourselves, express thoughts or feelings that might be difficult to verbalise, experience a sense of play and curiosity, and achieve real insight.

As a registered Art Therapist, I have a background and interest in a range of mental health challenges - including anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and depression. I've also facilitated group and individual therapy at the eating disorder unit at Royal Melbourne Hospital and am passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey.
Whatever your experience is, I hope to meet you with warmth, compassion and authenticity. If you want to learn more about my approach and to find out if I'm the right fit for you, feel free to contact me and we can arrange a free phone consult.
