Are you carrying grief or trauma that you are struggling to move through? Perhaps you've experienced a bereavement, the pain of a relationship ending, a betrayal, or trauma memories and reactions that continue to impact you in the present. I support people to cope through grief and recover from trauma, including bereavement and non-death losses, PTSD, complex and relational trauma, and recovery from sexual or domestic violence. Whether your experiences occurred recently or long ago, I offer a space where you can be truly heard and access compassionate counselling and treatment to assist you through these life experiences.

You know relationships are important. When they are not working out, the pain can be overwhelming. You feel stuck because as a trained helping professional you expect more of yourself and your partner. It is so difficult to even begin to consider getting help when you also work in health care or mental health! It is not like you are willing to see just anyone! You know the research tips to improve the relationship, but you just can't seem to apply them at home. That hurts! You understand it might have something to do with a difficult past or trauma but that does not help you to manage the conflict. You start to feel despairing.
