We all encounter life's difficulties and it shows courage rather than weakness to ask for a helping hand to work through and overcome them. Your situation may Include: Experiencing depression and anxiety, due to a stressful, ongoing or past experience, or an unfathomable occurrence. A transition from one season of life to another ie work/retirement, or a change in workplace. Relationship and communication difficulties with family, marital or other. The need for a compassionate, listening ear and framework to process your grief and loss experience, of a job, pet, limitations through illness/injury or the bereavement of a loved one.
As a counsellor, I am passionate about collaboratively brain storming for solutions, listening deeply to your stories of loss or distress, sharing strategies for overcoming anxiety/depression/ problem solving or communication issues, to name a few. Also, working through relationships, family and child support, to enable living safely with more peace.
Jean Vanier states, "love is to reveal the beauty of another person to themselves”. This sums up my passion as to why I am a counsellor. I, therefore, would value and find it a privilege to provide you with a confidential and safe space to attend to your situation. Let's work together to find hope and ways to live life Well.
