I believe that the most important aspect of counselling is a strong therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. I aim to provide a warm, safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, which allows you to challenge established ways of thinking and being. Working collaboratively I aim to help you evaluate your needs to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to make empowered choices. I have a broad range of clinical experience working within the NDIS, charitable sector, facilitating workshops and courses and in private practice.
My work has been with a range of clients including those of different ages, genders, sexualities, ethnicities and abilities. All of whom have brought brought a range of issues including loss and bereavement, anger, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships issues and issues related to sexuality.
