Warm greetings. It can be a really big step to seek help and look for a counsellor, thank you for stopping by and a warm welcome to your journey with counselling. I work with people who experience anxiety, depression and stress caused by challenging life events. I'm here to offer you a safe space to be seen, understood and together we make sense of your experiences and work towards the change you desire. You will be assured of a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic environment. As a result of therapy, you would gain insights into yourself and others and develop a sense of direction for moving on.
I work with clients collaboratively. The primary therapeutic approach I utilise is Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) which I help clients explore, process, and transform their difficult emotional experiences so that they can access their resources to handle life's challenges/difficulties. I put my trust in the client's innate strength and compass.
I provide counselling in English and Mandarin. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation via telephone. This is an opportunity to speak with each other and see if we could work together. It's important that you find the counsellor who is the right fit for you. Please feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
