I am an integrative arts psychotherapist, companioning adults from diverse backgrounds and life stages, in coming home to themselves for healing, growth, self-development and change. I also support adults experiencing relationship/marriage and family problems. It is not uncommon to feel apprehensive about engaging in therapy even though it can be very beneficial in many ways.
