I currently have immediate availability for both assessment and therapy. I offer neuroaffirming, trauma-informed neuropsychological, academic, autism and ADHD assessment, as well as psychological therapy, and ADHD coaching. I work with adolescents and adults, in Melbourne, VIC. My assessments take into consideration cultural differences and "masking". I am experienced in working with the NDIS and Centrelink, and am Medicare registered.
As someone with advanced clinical training and lived experience of neurodivergence, I bring a wealth of compassion and insight to my work. As a psychologist, I utilise tools from IFS, EMDR, ACT, and DBT along with targeted psychoeducation. I aim to help you understand yourself as a neurodivergent person, build skills, utilise tools, and ultimately, thrive.
