I provide counselling support and guidance for adults experiencing mental health challenges, and those who have been diagnosed and newly diagnosed, with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
Regarding ADHD, the impacts can be huge, upsetting and challenging in both personal and work life, with planning, organising, goal setting and focussing. Thus, gaining knowledge and understanding brings about awareness of how neurodivergent brains work and the need for both emotional and practical support being very important. It is all about how to work with your ADHD diagnosis and not against it.
I am a passionate and caring Mental Health Counsellor, with over 7 years of experience. I have a Master’s in Social Science Counselling from Swinburne University, Melbourne and a certified ADHD Practitioner, from the Neurodiversity Training Academy in the U.K., (2025)
I work from a Person-Centred approach and use a range of modalities in my therapy.
