My approach to therapy is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I draw from humanist and mindfulness-based psychotherapy techniques, including person-centred therapy, ACT, compassion-focused therapy, and broader relational frameworks to create an integrative approach.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. Different people connect with different ways of understanding themselves and creating change, so I aim to adapt the process to what resonates most with you.
Where I do have a bias it is that I am fundamentally positive: even amidst the challenges and complexity of life we can find ways to thrive.
Whether you are attending individually or as a couple, our work together is collaborative, respectful, and shaped around your goals. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin, and no expectation to immediately reveal the most difficult parts of your story before you feel ready.
