In today's global world many of us are under immense pressure to stay afloat. Stress affects our work performance and our personal relationships, creating both anxiety and depression which impact our coping mechanisms and can lead to addiction. Some of us have unresolved trauma and shame from the past that still affect our current relationships and some of us are dealing with issues related to loss & grief.I work with clients both short and long term, who are interested in personal and professional development, living life more fully and experiencing deeper connection and intimate relationships, both with themself and with others.
I am a Masters qualified Gestalt therapist. My work is highly relational and I bring over fifteen years experience in the field of working therapeutically with clients. I have a warm persona and am committed to working with all adults in a non-judgemental, supportive and empathic way.
Going to therapy can be challenging, and sometimes a scary proposition, stepping into the unknown and with an unknown person.
