My interpersonal style is warm, open and affirming. I am dedicated to providing treatment which is evidence-based, collaborative and holistic.
The main modalities I provide are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT + CBT-E). I also integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).
