Through my counselling work I have been honoured to work with a wide range of clients, with whom I have tailored my therapeutic approach to best suit their needs. I enjoy working with my clients to develop clear counselling goals, expanding on clients' existing and new life skills. I always aim to provide a warm, inclusive and safe counselling service to provide clients the opportunity to be open and willing to explore chance.
I have experience in the fields of depression, anxiety, general counselling and self exploration. Having a multicultural background I understand the importance culture plays in the way we express our feelings and emotions. I provide my counselling services in Spanish and English.
