Many of the clients I work with have a history of trauma, PTSD & find themselves in my counselling space after struggling for years. Struggling to live in a world that doesn't seem to be making sense anymore. Along with this, comes grief and loss from living in these polarising, collapsing times.
I’m passionate about supporting my clients with trauma, grief & PTSD by using EMDR, IFS, & Process Work to find more meaning & rebuild their lives. Freedom from overwhelm & a deeper connection to joy & inner peace. In a world that is actively restructuring, those who have never quite fit the old patterns are uniquely positioned to help birth the new ones.
