Welcome! My name is Rochelle, otherwise known as Shell or Shelly. Whatever you feel comfortable with. I am a registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist, holding a Graduate Diploma. Gaining clarity and working together to make a happier fulfilling life is what I aim for in all my clients. For some, better communication and building a strong sense of self that can cope with the challenges that life throws at you. living through life challenges of my own has given me a deeper understanding, compassion, and empathy in my approach to counseling without judgment and with steadfast care.
I offer many areas of Counselling & Psychotherapy such as grief, loss, loneliness, separation & divorce, trauma, relationship therapy, Components of Sex Therapy like, Mismatch Libidos (trained with Tanya Koens) and the complex tapestry of the disability sector.
Living with a disability and being a carer, I have a deep understanding of NDIS, and the challenges people face. Raised in an era of Military background, I understand the effect of servicemen/women who need to be strong for others. I create a comfortable, safe space for you, with the utmost privacy, whether it be by phone, my office, or Zoom meetings.
