My approach is attachment-based. I work with your nervous systems to help you attune, build security and regulate. I have an emphasis on safety. I use exercises and provide tools to improve (co)regulation, communication and intimacy. I help repair relationship ruptures, build trust and connection and guide you to deep awareness and mutual understanding.
